The procedure of the check-in check-out: in the first floor of the main building reception desk.

Check-in time: 3:00pm

Check-out time: 10:00am

Dinner and breakfast are served in our buffet restaurant in the main building.

Dinner:Open 6:00pm - Close 8:00pm

Breakfast:Open 7:00am - Close 9:00am

Please check in by 7:00 pm if your reservation includes dinner. Otherwise, before 10:00 pm We accept Japanese YEN or major CreditCards (VISA AMEX UC DC).

For cancelations, please contact us as soon as possible.

The cancellation fees are the following:

No Show	100%
Arrival date	50%
3 days to 1 day prior to arrival date	20%
4 days prior to arrival date	0%

If you haven't heard from us for three days or more, we may not have received your reservation request due to some technical problem. If this is your case, please resend us email . We are sorry for any inconvenience.
